| AN UPDATE!!!
so, i know it's been long, but i'm back. =] I'll be updating frequently since it's summer.
Here's a big update since I've been gone for a while. Please comment! I'll update faster if you do. ;)
1. and tonight will go on forever, while we walk around
this town like we own the streets and stay awake
through summer like we own the heat.
2. watch the sun go down over the ocean tide,
the wind is blowing from the shore through my hair.
It's beautiful tonight, oh, i can't explain,
but i want to feel like a butterfly,
as free as i want to be; as open as the sea
3. she's always second best, so she
never thought she'd be the first he picked.
she never thought he'd want her so bad.
4. if you could go back & change your life,
would you? & if you did, would that
change make your life better? or would that
change ultimately break your heart? or
the heart of another? would you choose an entirely
different path? or would you change

5. everything changes & nothing's the same, but
as we grow up one thing will remain. I was with you
before & will be to the end, cause nothing on

And everytime he does something
that tells you he's no good, you ignore it.

surprises you, he wins you over,
and you lose that argument with yourself,
that he's not for you.
13. As we were sitting there, I turned to him and asked, "How do you know you're in love?" 1. he'll never let you down.
that boy's got a heart the size of Kentucky, and
he loves you. that's important. take it from
someone who knows. my mom used to tell me
that whatever you do, marry someone who
loves you more than you love him.
2. falling in love with him felt that way.
I felt strange things going on inside me,
and I knew that these weren't things
I would recover from.
these were changes that were shaping
the way things were going to be,
and I wouldn't find out how until later.
3. I'd rather break my ankle into fifty thousand pieces
than cause you any pain.

1. One of the hardest things in life
is having words in your heart
that you cannot even explain.

| update time.
1. you know the moment when you kiss someone
and everything around you becomes hazy, and the only thing
in focus is you and that person, and you realize that
that person is the only person that you are supposed to kiss
for the rest of your life. and for one moment you get this gift.
and you want to laugh and you want to cry because
you feel so lucky that you found it and so scared it will go away
all at the same time.
2. to be totally honest, if you wanted to see me in pain,
all you had to do was look at me. you didn't have to
ignore me anymore or make me feel like you wanted
me again just to break me down.
3. I will face the world around me knowing
that I am strong enough to let you go.
and I will fall in love again because I can.
4. in some ways, betrayal is inevitable.
when we betray each other, we do whatever it takes
to rebuild the trust that was lost. and then there are
some wounds, some betrayals... that are so deep,
so profound that there is no way to repair what was lost.
and when that happens, there's nothing left to do
but sit and wait.
5. it was the kind of kiss that I could never
tell my friends about out loud. it was the
kind of kiss that made me know that I was
